Terms and Conditions for Course Bookings

1. Booking and Payment

  • All course bookings must be made in writing via our website or email and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card on our website portal.  If you require any other payment methods please contact MCFT Training Academy.

2. Confirmation

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full and a confirmation email has been sent by MCFT Training Academy.

  • Joining instructions and course details will be provided upon confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 28 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a £100 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made between 14–28 days before the course start date: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

  • No refund is provided for non-attendance or for leaving the course early.

  • MCFT Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to a future course will be offered.

  • 4. Substitutions and Transfers

  • Substitutions of delegates are permitted up to 48 hours before the course, provided written notice is given.

  • Transfers to a different course date are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

5. Course Requirements and Conduct

  • Delegates must meet any pre-requisite requirements for the course as stated in the course description.

  • Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and comply with all health and safety instructions.

  • MCFT Training Academy reserves the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

6. Certification

  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and all assessments.

  • Replacement certificates may incur an additional fee.

7. Liability

  • MCFT Training Academy is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred while attending the course, except where required by law.

  • Delegates are responsible for their own belongings during the course.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during booking will be used solely for course administration and certification purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

  • MCFT Training Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
